On March 4th, at 10:03 p.m. GMT +1, api.video was confronted with an unforeseen outage of our Live Streaming services. Our engineering team managed to locate and fix the issue 3 hours and 22 minutes later, concluding the downtime on 05 March at 01:25 a.m.
Once the issue was mitigated, our team began working on an incident analysis to ensure that such potential outages won't be an issue in the future.
