## Updates from Chargebee
### 2025-11-05 10:28 UTC: resolved
On Nov 5th, between 08:01 UTC and 08:03 UTC, we experienced intermittent API request timeouts in the EU region due to an internal server issue. The impact was minimal, and the service has fully recovered.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
