We are currently investigating this issue.

### 2025-12-19 12:19 UTC: resolved
This incident has been resolved. On December 19, Circle experienced a brief period (few minutes) of degraded performance and partial unavailability. The issue was caused by a bug in the AI Agents knowledge import engine, which led to database overload.
