We're investigating an issue with our system's memory that is causing intermittent 500 or 502 errors with admin APIs requests. The team is working on a resolution and we will provide updates as soon as new information comes in.

### 2026-08-11 00:25 UTC: monitoring
We have deployed a fix for the memory issue that caused intermittent errors on admin APIs requests. Our admin API has returned to its normal state and we are continuing to monitor.

### 2026-08-11 01:30 UTC: resolved
The issue has been resolved, and all affected systems are now functioning normally. 
Between 10 Aug 22:16 - 23:33 UTC an issue with our platform's memory resulted in intermittent 500 or 502 errors with admin APIs requests.
We have put measures in place to prevent a recurrence and the admin API requests have returned to normal.
