October 17, 2026 2:50PM PDT Investigating - We have identified an issue where some customers are not receiving emails from the DreamHost panel. This includes login verification emails, which are sent when signing in from a new device or location, and password reset emails. Our team is investigating and working to restore email delivery as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates. October 17, 2026 3:05PM PDT Monitoring - Our team has resolved the issue delaying DreamHost Web Panel emails, including login verification and password reset emails. We're now monitoring to make sure delivery stays stable. Some customers may still receive delayed emails, and expired links can be requested again. We’ll share another update once we’re confident everything is fully resolved. October 17, 2026 4:22PM PDT Resolved - We’re glad to report that this incident has been resolved. DreamHost Web Panel emails, including password reset and login verification emails, are being delivered normally again.
