The API is degraded, we are investigating.

The issue is resolved -- updating a dependency on the API for security reasons broke our library responsible for uploading scrape results to our blob storage. Apologies for the inconveniece.
The queue is still recovering, so /crawl and /batch/scrape will take a while to recover to normal p50 and p99 speeds.
