   Type: Incident Duration: 1 day, 19 hours and 50 minutes Affected Components: Web Application, Website, API Oct 15, 21:01:27 GMT+0 - Postmortem - Since October 8, some users connecting through Starlink in Brazil were unable to reach [gamma.app](http://gamma.app). The cause was a connectivity issue between Starlink's network and [gamma.app](http://gamma.app), which is managed by Cloudflare (outside of Gamma's systems). No Gamma data or accounts were affected. As of October 15, access is restored for Starlink. If you still can't load [gamma.app](http://gamma.app), restart your browser or wait a few minutes for the change to reach your device. We're sorry for the disruption and are continuing to monitor. Oct 11, 16:51:14 GMT+0 - Resolved - We haven't heard any additional cases of customer impact here so we are marking this incident as resolved.
