Customers on free, core plans are impacted. Enterprise customers not on Ona Intelligence (Bring Your Own Key) and that use Anthropic directly are impacted: they will have issues starting or continuing conversations.

All chats on Ona Cloud and Ona Intelligence customers should function as usual.
Customers with an Anthropic custom BYOK should also not be impacted anymore.
