   Our engineers are aware of an issue affecting password reset and OTP emails impacting Microsoft365 and Outlook users. We have identified the issue as a vendor issue, and we have engaged with them to work toward resolution. We will provide another update shortly.

   Our engineers are beginning to see signs of recovery following an internal mitigation as they continue to engage the vendor for final resolution. We are seeing that retries are successful, such that affected users have been able to receive password and authentication traffic. We will continue monitoring the situation and provide a final update shortly.
