Updates from Hostinger 2
- monitoring
We are continuing to monitor connectivity issues affecting some users in Pakistan when accessing services hosted on our platform. The issue is related to an upstream regional connectivity fault reported by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), including impact from submarine cable disruption. The initial maintenance window has passed, but the issue remains unresolved and no updated estimated time of restoration has been provided by the responsible ISP. Affected users may continue to experience intermittent reachability issues, connection errors, or degraded performance, especially during peak evening traffic periods. Our infrastructure remains operational. We have followed up with the responsible ISP and will update this incident again only when there is a material change, such as confirmed restoration, a new ETR, or a meaningful change in impact.
