Agency Hosting — Backup System Maintenance

What to do

• Check whether your product depends on Hostinger. Check your stack

Paste a package.json, lockfile, Terraform or a list of domains at down.guide/stack to see every provider you depend on.

• Confirm your retries, queues and scheduled jobs caught up after the 11d it lasted.

Anything that failed between 2026-04-09 13:09 UTC and 2026-04-20 13:45 UTC may need a replay.

• Subscribe to Hostinger's feed to hear about the next one first. RSS feed

https://down.guide/feed?provider=hostinger works in Slack (/feed subscribe), Discord feed bots and any RSS reader.

Updates from Hostinger 2

1. identifiedApr 9, 2026, 1:09 PM UTC

We are currently performing scheduled maintenance on the backup system for Agency Hosting plans. As part of this update, we are migrating to a new and more reliable backup solution. During this transition, existing backups may temporarily not be visible in hPanel. New backups will begin generating immediately and will fully repopulate over the next 7 days (one backup per day). We understand backups are critical to your workflow. This change is being made to ensure greater reliability and consistency going forward — the previous system had known issues that could result in backups being unavailable for restoration. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will update this page as the migration progresses.
