Our engineering team is actively investigating an issue causing elevated error rates and intermittent page loads in the Iterable web app. A subset of users may see error messages or blank pages when attempting to log in or navigate the UI.
At this time, API-based message sending and other backend processing appear to be functioning normally.
We will continue to post updates here as we identify the root cause and progress toward mitigation.
