Beginning around 8:09 AM US/Eastern on July 23, 2026, profile imports started through the API, CSV upload, or SFTP may fail to complete, and the imported profiles may not be created. New integrations connected during this period may also be delayed in starting their initial sync.
We have identified the cause and are deploying a fix. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will share another update shortly.
