 Monitoring - Customers may have experienced high latency in API requests from ~4 to 7 AM UTC on 2026-09-11 . The cause appears to be network instability and packet loss in connections from the IAD Cloudflare zone. We are communicating with providers about the issue.

 Resolved - This appears to have been a network issue between our network and infrastructure providers. We are implementing monitoring to increase visibility of this sort of packet loss.
