## Updates from Mercury
### 2026-10-27 14:15 UTC: resolved
Between 9:15 and 10:57 AM CT, a bug in our Payroll product caused business banking Payroll users visiting Mercury via the website to be logged out when they opened the website.
The bug has been remediated and the incident is resolved. Logins are fully restored and operating normally.
