 Resolved - We identified the issue that affected Oracle Cloud VMware Solution in your region, and we've confirmed that service has been restored.
 Customer Impact: Customers that have the VMware HCX feature selected during Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) provisioning may have been unable to use the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution service. Customers may have also been unable to upgrade or downgrade HCX enterprise features. Customers that have dependencies on VMware's SaaS service for other VMware products were also affected by the outage. Existing VMware deployments were unaffected and continued to operate normally.

 Preliminary Root Cause : We determined a service event from our partner (VMware) affected the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution service. Details of the service event are here: https://status.vmware-services.io/incidents/xzb1xnpy9542. Our engineers have confirmed that the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) side was healthy during the VMware service event.
