Updates from Polar 2
- update
As a follow-up to last week’s maintenance, we’ll be performing the second and final part of our scheduled database maintenance on Thursday, November 5 at 05:00 UTC. This completes our migration to a new database provider. Polar will be completely unavailable for around ten minutes while the work is carried out. What to expect during the maintenance window: - **Checkouts**: New checkouts can't be created during maintenance. Customers attempting to check out will need to try again once service is restored. - **Event ingestion**: Events sent during this window won't be ingested. Please make sure any failed ingestion requests are retried once we're back up. - **Background processes**: Subscription renewals, dunning, and other scheduled jobs will resume automatically once everything is up and running.
