   We are aware of intermittent connection issues affecting traffic in our EU West region. Users may experience connection resets (ECONNRESET) or failed requests when reaching services in this region. We are actively investigating and we will provide updates as we learn more.

   We have identified a single unhealthy proxy in our EU West region as the source of the connection issues. The affected proxy has been removed from rotation and traffic is being served by the remaining healthy proxies. We are monitoring the region for full recovery. Users should see connections returning to normal.
