Statuspage-style uptime from each provider's own incidents: a major outage counts fully against the components it names, a partial outage 30%, a single-region outage only for its share of regions, and minor issues (one country, site, carrier route or asset) not at all (About has the details). Only providers with 90 days of history are ranked.
