The CWE site is under maintenance which was causing the outage for the CVE pages. A banner has been added for the failing CWE data while allowing the CVE pages to load with the remaining content. We are currently monitoring the applied fix.

The CWE site maintenance is complete, the CWE section is loading fine in the CVE pages, and the CWE data outage banner is removed.
