We are experiencing an issue with a small number of payments. Some sellers in Australia and the United Kingdom are experiencing declined transactions when buyers attempt to pay with US-issued Visa cards via card-not-present methods (online or manually keyed transactions).
As a workaround, sellers can advise buyers to try another card, tap or dip a physical card, or use a mobile wallet. 
Your business operations are our top priority and our Engineering team is working rapidly to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
