# Check your stack

Paste a package.json, any lockfile, requirements.txt, go.mod, Gemfile, Terraform, docker-compose, a .env file (only variable names are read) or a list of domains at https://down.guide/stack, or POST it to https://down.guide/api/v1/check (raw, or JSON with manifest_name and manifest_content). down.guide lists the providers it depends on, why each matched, and any open problems, plus a feed for exactly that stack. The file is not stored. To keep a stack, POST the same body to https://down.guide/api/stack: only the provider slugs are kept, and the stack_id it returns works with check_stack and https://down.guide/stack?stack_id=<id>.
