## Updates from Superhuman
### 2025-09-18 21:10 UTC: investigating
We are investigating an issue causing some reminder creation attempts to fail. Reminder triggering remains unaffected — reminders that are successfully created continue to trigger as expected.
Our team is actively working on a fix.
