## Updates from TaxJar
### 2019-10-31 20:30 UTC: resolved
There was a 5 minute window, around 15:30 CDT, where API users attempting to use the transaction endpoint would have experienced 500 error codes.
This was caused by a 3rd party hosting provider incident that caused connectivity problems. The issue was quickly resolved.
