We are currently experiencing a service disruption caused by an incident at our object storage (OVHcloud S3). Impact: Ingest: Unavailable. Video uploads and new encoding jobs cannot be processed at this time. Delivery: Degraded performance. Existing videos remain accessible, but playback may be slower to start or experience intermittent errors. Our team is actively working to minimize the impact. No existing video data has been lost. We recommend pausing upload jobs until ingest is restored. We apologize for the disruption and will post an update within the next 30 minutes or as soon as we have more information.
