This may cause delays in clearing and settlement posting and transaction reconciliation for impacted programs from transactions on September 18th. Currently Marqeta engineers are remediating the 11,000 duplicate Visa clearings held in transaction management. We will update you again in 60 minutes.

Engineering teams are currently finalizing the remaining transaction exception processing. We anticipate transaction postings and settlement reconciliations will be fully remediated for all impacted programs by tomorrow. We will provide a final update once full resolution is confirmed.

   Marqeta engineers, in coordination with Visa, have completed remediation of the duplicate clearing transaction issue affecting September 18th transactions. All impacted transaction exceptions have been processed, with the final set of transactions confirmed posted at approximately 02:20 PT this morning. Settlement reconciliation has been completed for all affected programs. Following a monitoring period to confirm the stability of the resolution, we can confirm this issue is now fully resolved and no further customer action is required. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.
