   Marqeta engineers are investigating an issue affecting access to the DataVisor portal for a subset of customer programs. Affected users may receive a 403 Forbidden error when trying to log in. Card authorizations and transaction decisioning are not affected. This impacts portal access only. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause. A new update will be provided as soon as new information becomes available

   Marqeta engineers have identified a recent deployment as the root cause of the issue preventing access to the DataVisor portal, where a subset of customer programs may receive a 403 Forbidden error upon login.
