   We’re investigating an issue with messaging webhook latency. Messaging delivery remains unaffected.

   We have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results. Messaging webhook latency should be going back to normal levels. We’re seeing separate symptoms of increased API latency and delivery times for a subset of messaging. We are working on resolving this.

   A fix has been made and we are monitoring the results, webhook, api and delivery latency are all currently back at normal levels.

   We believe the issue to be resolved now. We are actively working on ensuring that any webhooks which were delayed as a result of this incident get sent out to the appropriate webhook endpoints. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
