   Resolved — This incident is now resolved. The impact start time was 2023-09-27 18:30 UTC, and the end time was 2023-09-27 20:10 UTC. Identified — We confirm that the issue is related to the following Heroku incident: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2590 We're trying to investigate if we can circumvent the underlying platform issue. Identified — The issue seems to be related to Platform Issues on the EU region of the Heroku platform. We are following the issue and will share an update as we have more information. You can follow the underlying problem on the status page of Heroku as well: https://status.heroku.com/ Investigating — Users are experiencing timeouts when attempting to access the Real-Time API.
