We're experiencing an issue on Granola desktop (macOS and Windows), where transcription isn't working for a small proportion of users. We're working on a fix to resolve this, but in the meantime if this is affecting you, please restart the Granola app - you'll be prompted to sign back in. To restart Granola, right click on the dock icon (on macOS) or the taskbar icon (on Windows) and choose "Restart Granola".
