   We have identified an issue affecting device certificate issuance and renewal for customers in our US region, beginning at approximately 9:26 AM MT (15:26 UTC). During this time, devices requesting a new or renewed device certificate may be unable to obtain one. This primarily affects newly enrolled devices and devices whose certificates are due for renewal. Devices with existing valid certificates are not affected and continue to function normally.
