### **Dates:** Wednesday, September 30th 2026, 09:04 UTC - 10:49 UTC. ### **What happened:** Real Device Automated Tests experienced failure to start in the EU Central data center, with error rates reaching up to 25%. ### **Why it happened:** A deployment led to increased cache misses and elevated load on the underlying infrastructure. ### **How we fixed it:** Service was restored by rolling back to a previous version. ### **What we are doing to prevent it from happening again:** Alternative caching strategies are being considered to increase effectiveness of the cache.
